On the eve of the 150th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding writer Vasyl Stefanyk, bachelor Mariana Striletska held a meeting with graduates led by Methodists – Head of the Ukrainian Language Department, Professor Vasyl Greshchuk, Director of our Institute Valentyna Greshchuk and her mentor Nadiya Popad. The participants of the event recalled the life and creative path of the master of the expressionist short story, solved the crossword puzzle. The lyceum student recited an excerpt from Vasyl Stefanyk’s “Fireplace Cross”.
Mariana also conducted career guidance work with high school students and stressed that choosing a profession is an important event in the life of every person and it is not a matter of one day. We hope that after today’s meeting the students will think about choosing a profession at the Faculty of Philology of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
