The last days of practice

Industrial educational pedagogical practice at the Faculty of Philology is coming to an end.

On the eve of the Easter holidays, bachelors Oksana Blyskun and Vasylyna Tyminska together with students of 6-A and 6-B classes of Lyceum №7 of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council created a video with wishes for good Easter celebrations:

“We want all troubles to be avoided, and the power of the Holy Spirit to protect you throughout your life. May unwavering faith in the best reign in your soul and your heart be filled with the healing power of love. Goodness and harmony to you and your families!”

During the internship, student Victoria Mykytyshyn received an interesting and non-standard individual task – to shoot a video lesson on the topic: “Why to study the Ukrainian language?”. The students liked this format of the lesson, because in addition to the teacher’s words, there are also interesting inserts in the style of “YouTube video”. The video lesson is designed to motivate students to learn their native language, improve their speech, read more, and refrain from consuming Russian-language content. In the video, Victoria demonstrated a non-standard approach to the question: “Why should we love the Ukrainian language?”

Philologist Tetyana Skrypnyk prepared and conducted a literary and artistic composition “My Soul Dreamed of the Sun” on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the birth of the world poet Pavlo Tychyna (1891-1967).

Here is how Tetyana shares her impressions: “For us, his descendants, this is another opportunity to honor the memory of the artist, to learn anew the work of “apple-blossoming genius of Ukraine”, rereading wonderful poetry, which harmoniously combines the word with music, colors, sounds of nature “Poems by Pavlo Tychyna take the soul and confuse the reader’s heart”.
