As part of the industrial educational pedagogical practice for students of UMLF-32, a meeting was organized, which became a kind of result of the work done. Methodists noted that each of the trainees demonstrated not only their professional knowledge, but also the ability to find an individual approach to students. The head of the Ukrainian language department, Professor Vasyl Greshchuk, noted that distance learning was not a challenge for students, as they were ready for any form of lessons. This was confirmed by vivid presentations of bachelors, which highlighted the main points of their work. The head of the practice, the director of our Institute Valentyna Greshchuk emphasized that the knowledge gained in pairs from professional disciplines and methods of teaching them helped students a lot, because they need not only to know the material, but also to be able to present it correctly.
Oksana Latyshevska, a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, also addressed the trainees to thank them for the proper training of philologists, to share their achievements and to wish them success in their future work. At the end of the meeting, all students agreed that these 6 weeks gave them not only invaluable experience, but also a lot of emotions and sincerely thanked all the teachers, methodologists, lyceum students who helped to successfully pass this stage.
A similar work was held with students of the UMLso-31 group. At the meeting they reported and shared their successes, expectations and impressions from the experience of the head of the groups that passed practice on the basis of lyceums №7, №11, №15, №16, № 23. Faculty head of practice, director of our Institute Valentyna Greshchuk emphasized that in the process of defending industrial practice, students showed a high level of professional training, demonstrated thorough reports and excellent results of their fruitful work. Professor Maria Golyanych and methodist Volodymyr Barchuk emphasized that the trainee students are hardworking, diligent and have great creative potential. Both students and teachers once again had the opportunity to make sure that the passing of pedagogical practice is an extremely important stage in the professional development of the future teacher.
Olena Shevchuk, Deputy Director for Educational Work of Lyceum №11, gave her assessment of the students’ work, and she was satisfied with the success and creativity of future teachers. Iryna Turiy, a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature at Lyceum №23, said that higher education students have established themselves as good specialists in their field and skillfully master modern educational technologies. It is worth noting that this practice was special for students, because they had the opportunity to pass it both remotely and offline. Interns discovered new programs and platforms that facilitate the process of distance learning for students. In particular, Lydia Popych shot a wonderful video lesson on the Ukrainian language on the topic: “Direct speech. Punctuation marks in sentences with direct speech”.
The bachelors noted that the industrial psychological and pedagogical practice left a sea of good impressions and positive emotions. The students expressed their sincere gratitude to their teachers and methodologists for valuable advice and good guidance, thanks to which they made an important step into a successful pedagogical future, and once again convinced that the teaching profession is the right choice in their lives.
