Under the guidance of the director of our Institute at the final lesson on “Stylistics and Culture of the Ukrainian language” students of 4th year of studying presented a very interesting, creative task, where everyone was able to recreate the beauty, richness and functional diversity of the Ukrainian language. The bachelors wrote scripts, recorded and edited videos and shared them with colleagues.
Natalia Maizner and Oleksandra Grehirchyk wrote a poem in which they recreated the beauty of the Ukrainian language without bilinguism, because now this problem is quite relevant. Philologists noted that each of us hears words every day that only distort the beauty of the Ukrainian language, and urged all present to avoid such words and take care of the purity of our language.

Students Khrystyna Bodnaruk, Yulia Andrishak and Svitlana Hradyuk organized real Andriy parties. Everyone enjoyed the action, shared traditions from different parts of Ukraine, guessed and spoke Hutsul. It was a very good experience for philologists, which helped to discover new skills.
Vitalia Magas shares her impressions:
“It is impossible to imagine the native language detached from the Motherland. It is the native language that reflects the events of days long past, and Ukraine, as our ancestors saw it. We are descendants of a great nation, we must preserve and increase our national wealth. Despite centuries of oppression and oppression of the entire Ukrainian people, the native language has survived, preserving the identity of our nation, the greatness of its spirit. So, being a part of the people, it is impossible not to be interested in its soul, its life – folk traditions, which are our cultural heritage.
I had the opportunity to demonstrate a huge arsenal of the Boyko dialect in the customs of our region, a language spoken by our ancestors, and now we often use it. Therefore, let us preserve and cherish our national values, because they are the source of national memory that unites past and future generations, an invaluable heritage that is carefully passed down from generation to generation”.
Maria Vysliuk is also full of emotions:
“Emotionally and usefully” – the best result about today’s practical lesson can not be imagined … So emotional that I do not remember the last time I laughed to tears. It is useful, because in the framework of such a diverse type of work we heard a lot of new things and tried to reproduce everything we learned in the course “Stylistics and Culture of the Ukrainian Language”.
