Every year, starting in 2016, February 11 is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. The holiday was established by the resolution of the UN General Assembly of December 15, 2015.
We are pleased to congratulate our female colleagues, graduate students, doctoral students and university students on this holiday.
During the more than 80-year history of our Alma Mater, many talented women scientists have made a significant personal contribution to the development of university and domestic science. It was within the walls of our native higher education institution that our students made and are making their first steps in science.
