An inaugural meeting was held on the subject of educational pedagogical practice with 3rd year full-time and part-time students majoring in 035 Philology (035.01 Ukrainian language and literature) and 014 Secondary education (014.01 Ukrainian language and literature). The head of the internship – the director of our Institute – organized an online meeting, where she pointed out that students are ready to go through such an internship, because during the training they acquired all the competencies needed to work with pupils.
Students not only got acquainted in detail with the conditions of practice, but also received valuable advice from methodists. The head of the Ukrainian language department, Professor Vasyl Greshchuk, addressed a welcoming speech, emphasizing the important stage of student life – the beginning of pedagogical activity, and wishing creative success and conscientious and effective work.
Yaroslava Vasylyshyn, Head of the Practice Department, emphasized the main aspects of the internship and drew attention to new approaches in the work of a vocabulary teacher. Methodist of the Department of Pedagogy, Associate Professor Lyubov Prokopiv noted the main directions of educational activities. Professor Maria Golyanych, who willingly shared her extensive experience, addressed with best wishes and sound advice. Associate Professor Oksana Tsyperdyuk emphasized the close cooperation between teacher, student and methodologist. Professor Volodymyr Barchuk also offered his instructions.
We wish the trainees fruitful and successful work, because they have a good opportunity to show their professional knowledge and creative potential.
