It is gratifying that a short dictionary of terms on the stylistics of the Ukrainian language, compiled by the assistant professor of the Department of General and German Linguistics Valentyna Vasylivna Hreshchuk, was published before the International Mother Language Day.
A short dictionary of terms of the stylistics of the Ukrainian language is intended for students of philological faculties of universities who study the stylistics of the Ukrainian language as a basic course, teachers of the Ukrainian language, students of schools, lyceums and gymnasiums.The dictionary presents the main terms from the stylistics of the Ukrainian language, explains their meaning, indicates their origin, and provides relevant illustrated material. Examples of terminological concepts are taken from fiction, including from the collection of poems "We will meet where there is no war...", authored by dictionary editor Valentina Greschuk, as well as from mass media.
