On April 4, 2022, the reporting online scientific conference of teachers, doctoral students, graduate students and students of the University for 2021 begins its work at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
A remote plenary session was held today, which was joined by the director of our Institute Valentyna Greshchuk, as well as leading specialists Natalia Dranitsyna and Anna Shkoruta.
The rector of the university Igor Tsependa addressed the introductory speech. The conference participants heard a report by Maria Tkachivska, Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor of Foreign Languages and Translation, on “Linguistic and cultural code – the key to understanding the mentality of the nation (on the example of profanity)”, in which the author successfully compared the mentalities of two peoples – Ukrainians and russians – against the background of modern events. Very informative and interesting was the report of Igor Goyan, Doctor of Philosophy and Psychology, Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Religious Studies (“Happiness as a component of self-organization of the individual”).
