Busy weekdays of our students

Third-year interns actively continue to master the teaching profession, organizing and conducting lessons under the guidance of the director of our Institute, Valentina Greschuk. Students skilfully apply the knowledge gained during the study of the discipline “Methodology of teaching the Ukrainian language” when preparing for classes, try to interest students as much as possible, invite teachers and methodologists to their lessons.

Diana Kolodiy conducted the second open online lesson on the Ukrainian language in the 7-B grade on the topic “Combination as an official part of speech. Types of conjunctions by structure and origin”. Fellow undergraduates Oleg Hopta and Hanna Karpiuk also joined the class. “I thank my colleagues for their help and methodical recommendations. I also sincerely thank my teacher for important comments about my work. Practice gives me the opportunity to understand that I made the right choice when I decided that I wanted to be a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature. After all, let’s remember the words V. Sosyury: “Without our native language, young man, there is no nation either,” says Diana.

Hanna Karpiuk conducted an open online lesson in the Ukrainian language in the 7-A class on the topic “Conjunction as an official part of speech. Types of conjunctions by structure, meaning and origin.” As part of mutual attendance of interns’ lessons, colleague philologist Angelina Zinyak joined the class.

This is how Hanna shares her impressions of the work:

“I thank the students of the 7-A class for their activity and intelligence. Once again I am convinced that I did not make a mistake in choosing a profession. After all, right now it is extremely important to instill in the young generation a love for their native language and culture. And pedagogical practice will help to gain valuable experience: to learn to “teach others” .

Iryna Antonyak, Nazar Zapotochnyi, Hanna Karpiuk, Khrystyna Melnyk, as well as Olga Perevalova and Yulia Goreeva (Lyceum No. 10), Dina Gontsa (Lyceum No. 24) actively conduct lessons at Lyceum No. 7.

Daniela Shafar conducted her first open online lesson in the Ukrainian language on the topic “Writing conjunctions together and separately. Distinguishing conjunctions and monosyllabic words” with students of the 7th grade of the Dobryansk primary school of the 1st-3rd grades. Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region. “I will definitely correct all the shortcomings and my next lesson will be better than the previous one. I am also grateful to my teacher for her methodical advice. Of course, I thank the students of the 7th grade for their activity. Not for the first time, I am convinced that I made the right choice regarding my profession!” – says Daniela.

We wish future teachers creative inspiration, interesting practice and a peaceful sky!
